About Lisa & Skeeter

It had been a passion of mine to run my own salon for some time. So after a mid-life crisis and a long career in promotions, I took myself off to college and have been a ladies hairdresser since 2012.

​

In 2016, I raised £1500 for charity (split between Cancer Research UK & The British Heart Foundation), by having all of my hair off and thus embracing my natural salt & pepper grey. I love it!

​

I am a chatty and outgoing person who loves being around people. In my spare time, I like to walk with my dog, socialise with friends and family and enjoy good food and wine!

The name Skeeter comes from my Labradoodle. We named her after Skeeter Davis - the American singer from the 60's who made famous the song 'The End of The World.'

Sadly we had to say goodbye to Skeeter in 2019, but our current chocolate Labradoodle Ketty, often likes to meet and greet clients.
